Editorial Policy

Sources

Formulas, grade scales and marking schemes come from official documents first: university regulations, grade card instructions, board circulars and exam information bulletins. When no official rule is published, we say that clearly and describe the method most colleges use instead.

Accuracy

Each calculator shows its working, so you can repeat the sum by hand. We test results against examples from the source. Pages name the scheme or regulation a rule applies to wherever that matters.

What we do not do

  • We never present a result as official. Only your university, board or exam body can certify a percentage, rank or score.
  • We do not promise marks, ranks, admission or selection.
  • We do not accept payment to change a formula, a ranking or a recommendation.

Corrections

If a rule changes or we make a mistake, we correct the page and the calculator together and update the checked date. Send corrections to guestpostadvertising@gmail.com with a link to the source if you have one.

Advertising

Ads, when shown, are labelled and kept apart from the calculators and guides. Advertisers have no say over what we write.
